Art exhibition & conference - Friday 29 March - Sunday 14 April
The KEPK Applied Colour Conference is a combined exhibition and half-day conference where artists, scientists and scholars meet to talk about all aspects of colour.
On Saturday 6 April there will be a series of artist talks and panel discussions on topics including pigments and perception, vitrification and dithering, and the perception, semantics and subjectivity of colour. The half-day conference will conclude with a musical offering and chance for more colour conversations into the evening.
The exhibition relate to artists approaches to colour in the forms of paintings, photographs, sculptures, research and projection and light-based works.
